In photo number one, there is use of negative space for elements of art, because of the background is unused, empty space. There is use of emphasis on the first red ball for principles of design, because the second second red ball, as well as the area surrounding it is blurry.
In photo number two, there is use of texture and value for elements of art, because of the water, it looks wet, and because of the range of light to dark. This adds drama and impact to the photo. There is use of emphasis and movement, for principles of design. There is emphasis on the stream of water flowing out of the tap because the water in the background is blurred, and the steam of water is moving downwards, which is movement.
In the third photo, there is use of value and texture for elements of art. Value is used in the gradient of light to dark. Texture is used with the glitter on the ornament and in a way in the smooth parts of the ornament. For principles of design there is use of contrast, the light reflects and you can see that parts of the ornament are very light and bright, whereas some areas are very dark.
In the fourth photo, there is use of value and texture for elements of art, Again. There is use of value in the light gradient across the ornament, and use of texture in the square bumps on the ornament. It almost looks as if they are melting. For principles of design there is use of pattern & repetition. The squares repeat over and over again all over the ornament.
In the fifth, and final photo, there is use of texture and lines for elements of art. The wood has vertical lines and is very textured. It looks like it would feel rough and bumpy, maybe even dull. For principles of design there is use of patterns & repetition, the lines in the wood repeat along the wall.
